Shipping, Returns, Exchanges
Gunes does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, but being swimwear we can understand if the pieces don't fit. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange, include the reason for your exchange.
Returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags and hygiene labels still attached. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear in the interests of hygiene. Garments will be inspected prior to approving and exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards.
Please note garment(s)must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you received your delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, this includes discount codes and flash sales.
We take the utmost care in ensuring Gunes Swim swimwear and accessories are made to the highest quality, whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a faulty item please email us at kim@gunesswim.com quoting your order number and outlining the fault. The full cost including original shipping will be refunded, garments will be assessed upon return to identify the cause. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund garments we have deemed faulty. Please follow the care instructions on the label as damages cased by wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Because our bags are made from recycled materials, the following are not considered faults and are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Loose threads
- Variations in stripe patterns
- Small pulls in the recycled nylon fabric
- Natural markings
- Small knots or texture variations in the weave
