Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Gunesswim does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, but being swimwear we can understand if the pieces don't fit. Email us within 7days of receiving your order to request an exchange, include the reason for your exchange.  Returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags and hygiene labels still attached. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear in the interests of hygiene. Garments will be inspected prior to approving and exchanges.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards.

Please note garment(s)must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you received your delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, this includes discount codes and flash sales.

We take the utmost care in ensuring Gunesswim swimwear and accessories are made to the highest quality, whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a faulty item please email us at quoting your order number and outlining the fault. The full cost including original shipping will be refunded, garments will be assessed upon return to identify the cause.  We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund garments we have deemed faulty.  Please follow the care instructions on the label as damages cased by wear and tear are not considered faulty.

delivery within Australia are free with orders over $150 AUD



NZ - $25 flat rate -  estimated 3-4 business days

USA/CANADA - $25 flat rate - estimated delivery time 3-5 business days

EUROPE / REST OF THE WORLD - $35 flat rate - estimated delivery time 6-9 business days

International deliveries are free over $250 AUD



Outside of Australia, the customer will be responsible for any further taxes and customs duties
