You have 14 days to request an exchange or refund if there's a fault with your bag. Please note we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
Because our bags are made from recycled materials, the following are not considered faults and are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Loose threads
- Variations in stripe patterns
- Small pulls in the recycled nylon fabric
- Natural markings
- Small knots or texture variations in the weave
Swim
Our swimwear is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days.
